Terms of Service
♡ GENERAL TERMSBy commissioning me, you have read and fully agree to my terms of service.-Anyone purchasing my work must be 18+-You may not edit my work.-Removal or alteration of signature/watermark is prohibited.-My work is not allowed to be used/edited in a discriminatory way.-Commissioners are free to repost the finished work as long as I am credited via @ or link-My art is NEVER allowed to be used for NFTS, Crypto, or AI.-Usage of my work for profit without being the commissioner and paying for commercial usage rights is never allowed.-I reserve the right to continue posting the finished product or adopt for advertising and portfolio purposes.-My commissions by default only include personal rights, I do not allow making profit off of the work without purchasing commercial rights (For example: streaming,merch,etc)♡ COMMISSION PROCESS-When the payment is done, please provide a clear description of your request with image references, color palette and the posture you may like. This will be sent to my e-mail: [email protected].
This should be done 48h after the payment.-If the request is correct with the Ko-fi payment I’ll answer the e-mail and I’ll give you a deadline.
I will try to get the art completed within 60 days of commissioning MAX. If you have a specified due date (Birthday, Holiday, etc.), you must let me know at least two weeks ahead of time. Any date given less than two weeks may be accepted through artist's discretion and the type of commission being done.-Clients will receive a sketch (or W.I.P.) of their art piece. This is considered the feedback point, you have 3 free retakes. If more retakes are needed or major changes in further parts of the sketching process (Recoloring, Background Changes, Complete facial Changes/Expressions, Poses, Extra Characters, etc.) will have a varying fee depending on complexity.-The final product will be sent by e-mail as a .png file.♡ PAYMENTS-Full Payment must be done beforehand.-Payment is expected within 10hrs after being approved (unless talked about otherwise)-If payment is not sent within 10hrs your request will be rejected-I do not hold commission slots♡ REFUNDS
-Refunds can only be given if the work isn't completed within the 60 day delivery estimate-If the client requests a refund before the sketch begins, I will keep 5% of the current amount paid. If I am in the process of the sketch or have finished and the client requests a refund, I will keep 50% of your current amount paid.-Anything past the sketch portion will not be refunded, unless decided otherwise by me.♡ COMMERCIAL RIGHT-Commercial rights are not included in my work unless otherwise stated.
You may purchase commercial rights during or after purchasing the art or design, -you may not use a design commercially until payment is sent-Commercial rights include Streaming/Vtubing/Content creation use, merchandise, or if you plan to sell any product of the said character♡ I WILL DRAWHumans/Humanoids
